Job Summary
Operate all equipment and manage restaurant operations. Responsibilities include stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk-in cooler, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing associated paperwork, daily cleaning of equipment and facility, accurate monetary handling and change, strong verbal and written communication for orders, data entry via keyboard or touch screen, delivering products by car to customers, distributing flyers/door hangers, map-based navigation to designated delivery areas, and handling deliveries across various delivery sites while navigating multi-story buildings and other challenging locations. Emphasis on accuracy, speed, and coordination with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. All information kept confidential per EEO guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to operate equipment
- Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Deliver product by car and then to door of customer
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
