Job Summary
General Manager in Training at Domino’s leading restaurant operations to achieve high performance. Responsibilities include driving operations to achieve 5 Star Status, maintaining customer service excellence, reviewing daily sales, food cost and labor, ensuring food safety compliance, training team members, motivating staff, safeguarding cash and inventory, operating equipment, handling orders, inventory, and daily facility cleanliness. Requires at least 1 year of management experience (Domino’s preferred), 18+ years old, background/drug screening, valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle, flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays, and ability to stand/move up to 100% of work time. Required Qualifications
