Oversee all results in assigned stores, ensuring food, labor, and service goals are met alongside P&L reviews with the direct supervisor monthly. Maintain store operations at a minimum 4-star level by insuring all standards, including TIPS and Domino's Pizza Standards, are followed while repairing maintenance and managing equipment. Implement new products and ideas seamlessly, manage store budgets, and ensure accurate inventory checks occur monthly. Conduct self OERs in the first week of each period, evaluate staff for raises, and complete all necessary paperwork and reports timely. Maintain safety and security procedures while ensuring all school lunches are prepared and delivered within standards. Work a minimum 50-hour week with one day off and one on-call day.
