Job Summary
General Manager responsible for all results in assigned Domino's Pizza stores (Chesapeake area). Oversees P&L, budget, labor, service goals, and adherence to Domino's standards. Ensures stores are staffed and trained, maintains repairs and equipment, implements new products, drives at least a 4-star level, conducts monthly self-audits and corrective actions, manages evaluations and raises, ensures timely reporting and paperwork, maintains product and operational standards, enforces safety and security procedures, and sustains store budgets. Oversees school lunch preparation and delivery standards, ensures inventory checks, uses systems/checklists for visits, and ensures all reports and paperwork at store level are complete and accurate.
