Conduct monthly P&L reviews with your direct supervisor, manage store budgets, and verify all equipment is operational and utilized correctly. Insure all stores meet Domino's Pizza standards, including TIPS compliance, safety procedures, and seamless implementation of new products. Manage staffing, training, and inventory checks performed monthly, while performing self OERs and ensuring accurate, timely reporting and paperwork. Deliver school lunches within required standards and maintain a complete paper trail for accountability.
