Job Summary
Oversee store operations during shifts at a Domino's Pizza location, manage staffing, inventory and cost controls, cash handling, and ensure adherence to policy and procedures. Lead team to deliver strong customer service, supervise daily activities from food preparation to order processing, stock ingredients, manage paperwork, and drive store profitability and marketing initiatives. Provides orientation and on-the-job training to staff and coordinates with leadership to advance from assistant manager to general manager.
