General Manager responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Tasks include staffing, paperwork, cost controls, food management, scheduling, maintaining image and adherence to standards, customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability; path for advancement from delivery driver to franchise owner or corporate operations manager. Must operate equipment, stock ingredients, process orders, take inventory, train staff, and ensure accurate monetary handling while delivering exceptional service.
