Job Summary
Manage all shift operations including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations while setting an example for the crew. Operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, process telephone orders, and maintain facility cleanliness daily. Navigate designated delivery areas to deliver pizzas, flyers, and door hangers, managing adverse weather and varied terrain. Maintain punctuality, attendance, and strict adherence to policies and standards. Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
- Ability to direct activities

- Must be able to work with sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
- Must be able to work with fumes from food odors
- Must be able to work with cornmeal dust
- Must be able to stand for most tasks
- Must be able to walk short distances for short durations
