Job Summary
Manage all operational aspects during shifts, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. Set the example by following all policies and procedures while expecting the same from your crew. Oversee staffing, paperwork, food management, store cleanliness, and marketing efforts to drive profitability. Maintain perfect image and adherence to standards while ensuring great customer service and punctuality. Transportation to/from work is required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing a restaurant
- College education on the subject of restaurant management
- Knowledge of cost controls
- Knowledge of inventory control
