Job Summary
Oversee every facet of store operations, including lunch, evening, and late night dayparts. Manage daily functions while working five or six days a week, including weekend shifts. Earn a salaried base with substantial monthly bonuses tied to store operating results. This demanding role is reserved for candidates promoted from CSR, Delivery Driver, or Assistant Manager positions, or those with prior industry experience willing to work with the Company until a specific position opens. The position may lead to franchise ownership for the right candidate.
Required Qualifications
- Prior industry experience
- Willingness to work for a period of time with the Company until a position becomes available
- Availability across the lunch, evening and late night dayparts
- Availability for weekend day and or evening shifts
- Five or six days a week availability
