Job Summary
Oversee every facet of store operations, including lunch, evening, and late night dayparts across five or six days a week with weekend availability. Manage store performance to qualify for a substantial monthly bonus based on operating results, with potential advancement to franchise ownership for the right candidate. Candidates must have prior industry experience or come through the Company ranks in CSR, Delivery Driver, or Assistant Manager positions. This demanding role is reserved for those willing to work with the Company until a specific position becomes available.
Required Qualifications

- Willingness to work for a period of time with the Company until a position becomes available
- Availability across the lunch, evening and late night dayparts
- Availability for weekend day and or evening shifts
- Five or six days a week availability
