Job Summary
General Manager responsible for all shift operations at a Domino's Pizza location, including staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, maintaining brand image and standards, delivering excellent customer service, monitoring attendance and punctuality, coordinating transportation to/from work, ensuring store cleanliness, executing local marketing efforts, and driving profitability. The role requires setting a strong example, enforcing policies and procedures 100% of the time, and maintaining great customer relations and overall store performance.
