Job Summary
General Manager/Assistant Manager responsible for all shift operations at a Domino's Pizza store, including cost controls, inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations. Responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, maintaining product quality and safety, following policies and procedures, training and supervising team members, managing a schedule, ensuring store cleanliness, and driving profitability. Essential duties cover operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing related paperwork, and maintaining accurate monetary transactions. Requires strong math skills, the ability to multitask, effective communication with customers and co-workers, and ability to navigate to designated delivery areas. The role involves interacting with customers, managing delivery operations, and upholding high standards of service and store presentation. Training is provided on the job, with opportunities for advancement from assistant manager to general manager and beyond.

- Physical ability to perform duties including standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs as needed
