Job Summary
Manage all store operations including cost, inventory, and cash controls while setting an example for your crew. Ensure 100% adherence to policies and procedures, oversee staffing and paperwork, and maintain store cleanliness and profitability. Handle food management, customer relations, and marketing efforts to drive sales. Navigate adverse weather and terrain during deliveries, operating equipment and processing orders while managing physical demands like lifting up to 50 pounds. This role requires a natural leader with strong math skills and judgment to make quick decisions under pressure.
