Job Summary
Manage all store operations including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. Set an example by following all policies and procedures while ensuring crew adherence to staffing, food management, and store cleanliness standards. Process telephone and in-person orders, operate equipment, and maintain facility hygiene. Navigate delivery routes, carry product, and deliver pizzas within a designated area using a personal vehicle. Requires a valid driver's license, strong math skills, and the ability to work under stress in varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
- Ability to direct activities

- Ability to tolerate cramped quarters including walk-in cooler
- Ability to tolerate hot surfaces/tools up to 500 degrees
