Job Summary
Lead daily store operations as General Manager for a Domino’s franchise team. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, and developing team members; creating a positive and productive work environment; managing scheduling, labor, and food costs; upholding high standards for food quality and customer service; coaching team members and developing future leaders; ensuring compliance with Domino’s and Team Honey Badger standards; driving store performance and achieving operational goals. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills, lead by example, delegate effectively, and apply solid math, organizational and time-management abilities. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and opening/closing shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance
