Job Summary
Manage store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and meeting food, labor, and service goals. Direct staffing, training, and development of team members while enforcing all company policies and procedures. Oversee food safety, preparation, and stock ordering to ensure perfect image adherence and strict quality control standards. Handle order taking, cash handling, and point-of-sale systems with accurate mathematical skills and precise motor coordination. Maintain store cleanliness, staff and customer safety, and transportation logistics. Analyze data to drive marketing and profitability while working under stress to meet strict quality standards.
