Job Summary
Recruit, hire, train, and maintain crew while staffing the store. Control inventory and labor cost/waste to manage expenses. Build sales by developing relationships with local businesses, churches, schools, and residents. Work various shifts per week in full-time hours. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be authorized to work in the United States. Minimum age is 18+.
