Job Summary
Lead daily store operations as General Manager for a Domino’s franchise. Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, and development of team members; create a positive and productive work environment; manage scheduling, labor costs, and food costs; ensure high standards for food quality and customer service; coach team members and develop future leaders; drive store performance to meet operational goals; hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and teamwork. Requires strong customer service, interpersonal skills, ability to lead by example and delegate effectively, along with solid problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities; must be flexible to work weekends and opening/closing shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
