Job Summary
General Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations of a single Dominos store, providing leadership and supervision to achieve operational standards, food safety, profitability, and an inclusive, engaged environment. Requires minimum of 1 year GM experience in a fast-paced service setting; strong focus on operations procedures, cost management, staff recruitment/development, and enforcing food safety. Must demonstrate excellent customer service, leadership of team members, and capability to operate/troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS). Valid drivere2s license preferred. In-person role based in Indianapolis, IN.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment
- Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities
- Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees
- Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
