Lead daily store operations as General Manager for Domino's Team Honey Badger in Canal Winchester. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, recruiting, hiring, training, and developing team members; managing scheduling, labor, and food costs; maintaining high standards for food quality and customer service; coaching employees; driving store performance; ensuring compliance with Domino’s and Team Honey Badger standards; and providing leadership in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on teamwork and strong communication. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, confidence to lead by example and delegate effectively, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and solid math, organizational, and time-management skills are valued. Flexibility to work weekends and opening/closing shifts. 18+ required; previous leadership or management experience preferred; reliable transportation; valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance.
