Job Summary
Manage all shift operations including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations while setting a standard for your crew. Execute staffing, food management, and store maintenance to ensure profitability and adherence to policies. Process telephone and in-person orders, operate equipment, and maintain facility cleanliness. Deliver pizzas and door hangers using a personal vehicle with a valid license, navigating varied terrain and weather conditions. Requires strong math skills, communication abilities, and the temperament to work under stress. Training provided on the job.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
