Job Summary
Manage all shift operations, including cost and inventory controls, cash handling, and customer relations. Set an example by adhering to policies while ensuring staff compliance. Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, and store cleanliness. Process telephone and in-person orders, operate equipment, and stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage. Clean facilities daily and maintain perfect image standards. Deliver pizzas and beverages to customers using a valid driver's license and insured vehicle. Navigate addresses, manage flyers, and climb stairs as needed. Work in varying weather conditions and temperatures ranging from 36 to 90 degrees. Requires accurate math skills, strong communication abilities, and the temperament to work under stress.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
