Job Summary
Manage all shift operations, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. Set an example by adhering to all policies while staffing, managing food, and maintaining store cleanliness. Process telephone and in-person orders, operate equipment, and complete daily inventory paperwork. Ensure punctuality and attendance while delivering products to customers with a valid driver's license and insured vehicle. Navigate designated areas, climb stairs, and handle adverse weather conditions during delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
