Job Summary
General Manager at Team Honey Badger / Domino’s franchise: lead daily store operations, recruit and develop team members, coach for customer service excellence, manage scheduling and labor costs, ensure food quality and service standards, drive performance and achieve operational goals, and foster a positive, productive work environment in a fast-paced store setting. Candidates should demonstrate strong customer service, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with flexibility to work weekends and opening/closing shifts. Compensation is base salary with bonus, plus training and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance
