Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery to storage and walk-in coolers, and prepare products. Receive and process telephone and walk-up customer orders, then deliver products by car to the customer's door. Maintain continuous cleaning of equipment and facility while ensuring food and product accuracy, inventory accountability, and labor accountability. Handle all cash transactions with precision. Coach and train all employees across all operational areas. Maintain a clean and professionally run store. This role mirrors the Assistant Manager position and requires a complete understanding of store duties.
