Job Summary
Lead daily store operations at a Domino's franchise: oversee recruiting, hiring, training, and developing team members; manage scheduling, labor, and food costs; maintain high standards for food quality and customer service; coach team members and develop future leaders; drive store performance and ensure compliance with company standards; provide hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on teamwork, communication, and the ability to delegate effectively. Strong customer service, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, organization, time-management, and the flexibility to work weekends and opening/closing shifts are required.
