Job Summary
General Manager at Team Honey Badger (Domino’s franchise) to lead daily store operations, recruit/hire/train/develop team members, manage scheduling, labor, and food costs, uphold food quality and customer service standards, coach employees, and drive store performance in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and effective communication. Strong customer service, leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills are required; ability to work weekends and opening/closing shifts.
Required Qualifications
