Job Summary
General Manager with Domino's Pizza background will staff the store, manage costs, and develop the team in a fast-paced, customer-service driven environment. Responsibilities include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing orders (phone and in-person), inventory control, paperwork completion, routine cleaning, monetary transactions, and delivering orders. The role requires strong math skills, accurate monetary change, effective verbal and written communication, navigation for deliveries, and ability to manage a team and store operations to ensure customer satisfaction. Training and orientation are provided on the job.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Age 18+
- Valid Driver's License with a 2 year good driving record
- Reliable vehicle
- Proof of Liability Insurance
- Ability to operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility daily
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination for precise movements
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Deliver product by car and then to door of customer
- Deliver flyers and/or door hangers
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses
- Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings while delivering
