Job Summary
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources while leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team to meet organizational objectives. Analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and make sound financial decisions to maximize profitability by establishing relationships with key stakeholders, customers, vendors, and partners. Report regularly to upper management on business performance, challenges, and opportunities. This role requires proven experience in senior leadership, strong business acumen, and strategic thinking to execute business plans in a fast-paced environment. Full-time drivers also receive health, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role
- Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit & loss analysis
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute business plans
- Experience in performance management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
- Proficiency in using business management software and MS Office suite
