Job Summary
Oversee all store operations during shifts at a Domino's location, ensuring staffing, inventory, cash controls, and customer relations are managed effectively. Set an example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time, maintain a clean and well-presented store, support scheduling and training, drive profitability, and contribute to the advancement of team members from delivery roles toward managerial opportunities. Focus on cost controls, product quality, meeting standards, and providing excellent customer service while coordinating with the team to execute marketing and operational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with cash handling and monetary transactions
- Staffing, scheduling, and paperwork management responsibilities
- Ability to oversee store operations, cost controls, inventory, and customer relations
