Job Summary
Oversee the daily operations of a Domino's Pizza store, train and develop the team, set and support store goals, and maintain company standards. Lead recruitment, hiring, and ongoing staff development; enforce DTID standards; drive a productive and positive work atmosphere; and manage a high-volume, fast-paced operation with a focus on performance and customer satisfaction. A senior-level manager will guide store performance, coach employees, and ensure achievement of store objectives across the four walls.
