Job Summary
Develop and support a customer-focused team while ensuring the highest levels of operational excellence in the restaurant. Drive sales growth, build community relationships, and maintain strict adherence to product, service, and image standards. Act as a great coach to identify and develop talent, fostering a culture of excellence and integrity. Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability, requiring two or more years of quick-service restaurant management experience. Schedule availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications

- Two or more years of quick-service restaurant management experience
- Possess a valid US driver's license
- Must meet background and driving standards
- Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving experience
