Job Summary
Lead operations, business development, and finance initiatives across multiple Eurofins locations in the Netherlands as part of a two-year General Management Traineeship. Implement innovative systems, design new business models, and support acquisitions while managing stakeholders and complex processes. Rotate through four distinct projects, with a minimum of two focused on business development and operations, gaining hands-on responsibility without specialist task delegation. Participate in a structured development program including on-the-job training, senior management coaching, and peer intervisie. Start in the autumn cohort of 2026 with a focus on rapid autonomy and leadership growth within the rapidly expanding life sciences sector.
Required Qualifications
- MSc afgestudeerde starters
- academische achtergrond in Technische Bedrijfskunde, Supply Chain Management of Life Sciences gecombineerd met management/business vakken
- vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, mondeling en schriftelijk
