General Management Traineeship (Milieu BE)

Eurofins General Management Traineeship is a two-year program designed to develop future leaders through four projects, with at least two focused on Business Development and Operations. Trainees will gain experience across multiple projects (e.g., implementing innovative systems, creating new business models, supporting acquisitions) and work in a professional environment that supports initiative, entrepreneurship, and international progression. The program allocates about 10% of time to personal and leadership development via training, job coaching, and cross-functional learning. Location is Nazareth or Merelbeke (Belgium) with willingness to relocate or work remotely; up to 1–2 projects may occur in the Netherlands, and flexible arrangements are possible. Requirements include an MSc in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Technical Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management, and fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
