Offers professional development with training, coaching, and international opportunities, plus a structured plan towards a future management role. Location is Nazareth or Merelbeke (Belgium) with willingness to perform 1–2 projects in the Netherlands; relocation by discussion or remote work possible. Requires MSc graduates in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Technical Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management and fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
