Job Summary
The Heartflow General Management Development Program (GMDP) is an immersive leadership track designed for top-tier MBA graduates, allowing Associates to lead critical projects across functions such as Commercial Strategy, Marketing, Business Development, and Product Operations over a two-year period. Participants will gain a 360-degree view of the health-tech ecosystem, receive executive mentorship, and be prepared for high-impact management roles. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential, with additional familiarity in data tools as a significant advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an MBA degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A creative and flexible individual who can navigate ambiguity and prioritize demands effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Valuable experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Familiarity with Tableau and CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot)
