Job Summary
Support the general manager and caisse managers in administrative and secretarial duties, including managing schedules, phone calls, emails, and mail; prepare and attend meetings (Management Committee, Board of Directors, Board of Supervision, Board of Ethics) and take minutes; coordinate delivery of files to committees; organize logistics for events and travel; assist with internal caisse communications and meetings; maintain documents and records, track sales, monitor expense accounts, and support information systems usage. Requires a trade school diploma in a related field, at least three years of relevant experience, and fluency in French; benefits include competitive salary, annual bonus, flexible vacation, pension, group insurance, telemedicine, and telework equipment.
