Job Summary
Maintenance Worker responsible for inspecting buildings and machinery, repairing and maintaining machinery, plumbing, electrical wiring, installing electrical equipment, performing air conditioning and refrigeration repairs, conducting preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment, painting walls and fixtures, caring for tools and materials, following safety rules, and performing other duties as assigned. Reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Chief Operations Officer; emphasizes adherence to building codes and proper procedures, along with the ability to handle physical tasks and adapt to varying duties.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma Preferred
- GED Preferred or Equivalent Experience accepted
- At least one year of experience preferred
- Meets health and physical requirements
