Job Summary
General Maintenance Worker responsible for maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings across trades (painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC); perform test/replace electrical receptacles, patch and paint walls, repair sinks/toilets/doors/ADA panic bars/hardware, floors/steps/sidewalks; conduct grounds work (snow/leaf removal); maintain equipment; assist with parts storage/inventory; develop training programs for teammates; assist with HVAC; read blueprints and work orders; operate power/hand tools; proficient with Microsoft Office; must be able to work independently and with supervision; must maintain regular attendance; may require lifting up to 75 pounds; full-time with possible shift work including weekends; essential personnel; must have HS Diploma or GED; security clearance upon hire; universal refrigerant license preferred; EOEs.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Three to five years' experience in general maintenance (desired)
- Ability to read blueprints/building plans/schematics
- Ability to obtain government security clearance upon hire
- Universal Refrigerant License preferred
