Job Summary
Maintenance duties include general maintenance and cleaning of MTTA facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment; service and clean equipment; check fluid levels in fleet vehicles; clean sewer lines and bathrooms; patch roofs and parking lots; fuel, oil, and grease buses and MTTA vehicles; move and stage items; restock media for fareboxes; assist with snow removal and debris cleanup; and perform additional responsibilities as directed, requiring safety-conscious operations and timely attendance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to operate cleaning and other equipment (steam cleaner, buffer, forklift, etc.)
- Must have Class D Operators License
- No moving violations within last 3 years
- No DUI/DWI convictions
- Must be willing to work shift hours as assigned
