Job Summary
General Maintenance Worker responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs across plumbing, welding, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical or vehicle servicing as directed; perform preventive maintenance; assemble/repair racks and office furniture; operate snowplows, forklifts, and lifts; be available for after-hours emergencies; maintain production standards and report issues; ensure compliance with company rules and confidentiality; contribute to quality and cost-improvement initiatives; utilize hand and power tools and measurement devices; operate company vehicles; comfortable working at heights.
Required Qualifications
- Trade school plus 1-2 years experience in general maintenance service and repairs or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to use hand and power tools (wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, etc.)
- Operate snowplows, forklifts, lifts
- Comfortable with heights 25’-30’
