Job Summary
General Maintenance Worker handles routine maintenance, repairs, and emergency issues for a luxury resort property on the 3rd shift (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.). Responsibilities include inspecting and maintaining HVAC systems, changing air filters, preventative maintenance, exterior cleaning of grounds/pools/facilities, repairing plumbing leaks/clogs, basic electrical work, repairing/replacing furniture, patching/painting walls, responding to emergencies, coordinating with team members, assisting with guest-service-related upkeep, managing supplies, and following safety procedures. Requires experience in general maintenance (preferably hospitality), strong HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge, problem-solving and communication skills, and ability to lift heavy equipment and work flexible hours.
