Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Tyson Foods (Willow Philly Enid Plant) within the Prepared Foods Division. You will perform routine and emergency maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive maintenance under moderate supervision to ensure safe and effective operation. The role involves interacting with plant personnel to minimize downtime, using CMMS for work orders, and meeting physical requirements such as lifting up to 75 lbs and standing up to 12 hours. 1st shift, US-based facility; sponsorship not available; relocation not offered.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience OR 1 year of industrial maintenance experience education (e.g., possess industrial maintenance diploma or currently enrolled in technical school)
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills necessary for logging information, processing daily work orders, and completing required documentation
- Ability to learn and utilize the CMMS
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. occasionally; 20 lbs. frequently
- Ability to stand on a hard surface for up to 12 hours per day
- Ability to work in confined and tall spaces, climb a ladder, operate a lift, bend, and stoop
- Temperatures inside the plant may vary from -25 to 100 degrees; outside work may be needed
