Job Summary
Conduct preventive maintenance, routine servicing, and seasonal repairs on building equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances. Complete assigned work orders daily, troubleshoot heating and cooling systems, and perform painting or refurbishing projects as directed. Install locks, create keys, and manage key tracking for the campus. Hang pictures, move furniture, and assist residents with non-health care needs while abiding by all company policies and HIPAA regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED
- Minimum of one year experience building construction and/or maintenance
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Skilled in the use of all appropriate machinery, tools, and construction supplies
- Understanding of general construction and engineering practices
- Must be available for weekends (Part-Time Possible)
- Ability to lift and handle heavy machinery, motorized vehicles, electrical appliances, and heavy phone usage equipment
