Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled General Maintenance Technician to support facility operations with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and building systems. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, execute repairs, and ensure safety compliance. Key responsibilities include conducting inspections, managing work orders, and leading maintenance projects. Ideal candidates have at least 4 years of relevant experience and a commitment to safety and high-quality work.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in facility, mechanical, electrical, or general maintenance
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency reading manuals, diagrams, work orders, and procedural documents
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building operations
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and safely operate maintenance equipment
- Basic math and measurement proficiency (area, volume, percentages, basic geometry)
Desired Qualifications
- Trade or technical school training preferred
- Forklift, JLG, and aerial lift certifications preferred
