Job Summary
General Maintenance Technician III – Roofer responsible for providing intermediate maintenance expertise in responding to work orders, troubleshooting, preventive and emergency maintenance on building equipment in a manufacturing environment (including clean rooms). Performs roofing-related tasks (install, inspect, repair asphalt, wood, steel, plastics), uses hand and power tools, reads blueprints/diagrams, adheres to safety guidelines, and may support other trades. Requires ability to bend, climb, and work long hours; may operate CMMS for preventive maintenance and coordinate with managers/engineers. May require travel to client locations and overtime; pre-employment substance abuse test may be required; position does not sponsor US work authorization. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or demonstrated equivalent
