Job Summary
General Maintenance Technician IV - HVAC maintains and repairs HVAC systems in resort guest villas at a journeyman level. The role requires interpreting maintenance plans, coordinating with leaders and internal/contractor resources, and performing a variety of tasks with creativity and autonomy. Responsibilities include scheduling facilities care tasks, communicating with guest services and resort staff, triaging facility issues, analyzing data from systems (Asgard) for compliance and process improvements, conducting quality inspections on Annual Unit Maintenance (AUM) units, and leading special projects. Must be HVAC certified and able to perform skilled maintenance, with strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, hands-on work, and excellent guest-facing communication. Education: high school diploma or GED; experience: minimum three years in facilities maintenance; location: Kissimmee, FL. Required Qualifications
- HVAC certification (HVAC, EPA Universal)
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years combined work experience or vocational training in facilities maintenance
- Journeyman-level maintenance experience in multiple areas
- Bilingual a plus (not required)
- CPR/AED certification preferred
