Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the store, including troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC systems. Support refrigeration systems to protect product quality while repairing fixtures, shelving, doors, and general store equipment. Conduct daily inspections to identify and resolve safety hazards, responding quickly to urgent needs to minimize downtime. Assist with preventative maintenance to keep systems running smoothly. This role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience with a working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Candidates must be comfortable working in coolers/freezers and various store conditions. The position involves a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and emergency calls, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Strong attention to safety, cleanliness, and detail
- Comfortable working in coolers/freezers and various store conditions
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and emergency calls as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
