Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Doubletree by Hilton Wilmington responsible for maintaining and repairing hotel equipment across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and guest rooms, performing inspections, and addressing malfunctions with attention to safety and detail. Responsibilities include installing/replacing light fixtures, ensuring proper storage of chemicals and hazardous materials, securing the building via alarms and locks, and coordinating repairs with a diverse team. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least one year of trade-related experience; familiar with basic hand and power tools; able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications

- minimum of one year’s trade-related and/or training in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and building maintenance
